RFID time & attendance

Every shift,
stamped to the
second.

Onsite is the clock-in system for teams that work in shifts. People tap an RFID badge at the terminal — on the floor, the site, or the front desk — and the hours add themselves up. No spreadsheets. No “what time did you actually leave?”

A day on the clock, the way Onsite records it

Four taps across a shift. Everything between them is timed, split, and totalled without anyone doing sums.

  1. 01

    06:58 — Taps in

Sam holds their RFID badge to the terminal. Onsite stamps the arrival against server time, so it can't be nudged.

  2. 02

    11:30 — Steps out

Break starts with one tap. Paid or unpaid is set by the rota, not remembered later. The card stays open.

  3. 03

    15:04 — Back on

Return is stamped and the gap is logged as a break. The running total updates on the card in real time.

  4. 04

    17:02 — Punches out

The shift closes itself. Regular hours, overtime, and breaks are already split — nothing to tally at week's end.

The badge is the key

One tap of an RFID badge. That’s the whole clock-in.

Every terminal reads contactless staff badges. A tap stamps the time to one person — no codes to share, no one clocking in a mate who’s running late.

Tap and go

Contactless 13.56MHz cards. Hold to the terminal, the punch lands. Nothing to type, nothing to remember.

Locked to one person

Each badge carries a unique ID tied to one team member. A punch is always attributable — no shared PINs, no buddy-clocking.

Lost a card? Kill it

Deactivate a missing badge in a tap and issue a new one. The old ID stops working the moment you revoke it.

Optional add-on

Custom-printed badges

Want them branded? We print your badges with names, photos, roles, and your logo — ready to tap out of the box. Blank encoded cards are included; printing is a small extra per card.

Built for the floor, not the finance department

The people clocking in shouldn’t need a manual. The people running pay shouldn’t need a calculator. Onsite handles the middle.

Clock-in01

Tap in on any terminal

Wall tablet, shared reader, or a phone with the site geofenced. Staff tap their RFID badge and the stamp is the same everywhere — server time, tamper-evident.

Breaks02

Breaks that follow the rota

Paid, unpaid, and legally required breaks are set per role. Onsite splits them out of the shift so the card is always right.

Rules03

Overtime, split as it happens

Thresholds per person or per team. Once someone crosses into overtime, the card shows it live — no reconciling on Friday.

Roster04

Rosters people can actually read

Publish the week and it lands on every phone. Swaps and no-shows show up against the plan, not in a group chat.

Payroll05

Timesheets that export themselves

A pay run is one screen. Approve the exceptions, send the rest straight to payroll as CSV or a direct feed.

Audit06

A record you can stand behind

Every punch keeps who, where, and when. When a shift is queried weeks later, the manila card is still there to read.

Friday, 4:45pm

The pay run is already done

Every punch this week is already a row. Hours are split, breaks are out, overtime is flagged. You approve the handful that need a look and send the rest to payroll.

Set up in an afternoon

Put a terminal on the wall.
Let the hours count themselves.

Add your team, issue their RFID badges, and pick your break and overtime rules. Open the first terminal and people can tap in before you’ve finished your coffee.
